Coaches Notebooks
Each notebook contains the following
information: (a) player passes (b) original registration
forms, (c) list of Board Members and coaches and copies of
each team's roster. NOGSL and AASL will have drop player forms
and will need to be filled out for every player that does not
pay for early registration. If a coach is not returning this
form will also need to be filled out.
Soccer "E" License:
A soccer "E" license is required by all coaches
of U9 and above teams. One year grace period is given to all
coaches. Midview Soccer will reimburse all coaches for the fee
of the license class once the copied license is given to the
Treasurer.
