Requirements for U7+
NEED:
  • One photocopy of child's birth certificate (not needed if on file with Midview Soccer League - "MSL")(BumbleBee & U7+)
     
  • Small 2X2 Photo for player passes
     (ages 8 and up - write name on back)
     
  • Appropriate fees ($50.00 per player)
     

  • Uniform orders can be submitted  at this time.

For teams U7 and above a soccer uniform is required. 
 Jersey, Shorts and socks can be purchased from MSL.
